Security Deposit Return

Security deposit refunds are sent within 30 days of the move-out. We usually complete the security deposit disposition within 2 weeks, but cannot guarantee that time frame due to the volume of move-outs at different times of the year.

Your security deposit is always mailed to the forwarding address you provided. If you didn’t provide a forwarding address, we will send it to the address of the rental property.Tip: Make sure to submit your forwarding address as soon as you know it.

We do offer a service to expedite the handling of your deposit, for a $50 fee plus $15 for FedEx shipping. In that case we will process your refund in 7 days after you move out and FedEx it to you (usually 2-3 days). You would then typically receive your refund in about 10 days from move-out, instead of 30 days.
