My lease is expiring, how do I go month to month?

About 30-35 days before your lease expiration date you will receive an email with information regarding your lease renewal.

If your property is available for a lease renewal, a lease renewal offer will be made to you, typically for another year lease. If you, however, would like to renew at a month to month basis, you will be able to request that.

The monthly rent rate for a month to month option comes at a higher rent rate but gives you the flexibility to cancel your lease with a 30 day notice.
