I already moved out and saw that move out charges were posted to my ledger, how do I get more information?

After your move-out, we perform an inspection of your property and document the condition it was left in as well as any damages that are beyond normal wear. Once that report is ready, we send you a copy via email to the email address you provided us originally.

Within 30 days of your move out, we mail to your provided forwarding address the security disposition and a check with your security deposit balance. This document includes details about charges for damages or any open balance on your ledger, which were deducted from your Security Deposit.

Once you receive your Security Deposit Disposition via the mail, and have reviewed the Move Out Inspection report sent to your email, you can then contact your property manager via email to discuss any questions you might have. If you haven’t received the document via mail yet, we suggest you wait the full 30 days after your move-out, before contacting us. This process does take 30 days.

Please note that any dispute regarding charges need to be sent in writing to your property manager.
