How are you handling office hours and maintenance during the COVID-19 pandemic?

During the COVID-19 pandemic we have closed our offices to the public and our team is working from home office during regular office hours.

To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we are deferring maintenance inside units for non-critical or non-life-threatening problems. We are also deferring routine in-unit inspections and are asking tenants to perform property condition inspections through our convenient self guiding app.

When performing maintenance to properties, we are asking our contractors to follow CDC guidelines, including:

• wearing masks
• practicing social distancing
• washing/disinfecting their hands

We are also asking tenants standard questions before sending a maintenance contractor out, confirming that nobody in the household is showing any coronavirus symptoms.
