Do I need to complete the Inventory & Condition form?

The property inventory & condition form is optional. However, if you choose to complete it, it must be emailed to your property manager within 3 days after your move-in date.

You may also request a copy of our pre move in inspection report, which documents the condition of the property and any imperfections that might have existed prior to your move in.
