If I have an eviction from the past, can I still apply?

If you have had any evictions at any point in time we may deny your application; if you had 2 or more
evictions at any point in time this is an automatic denial. If you have an open collection from a landlord or property management company, this is an automatic denial. For other rental criteria, you can refer to our Application Criteria here.

Please keep in mind that we do not pre-screen tenants. So until we receive your actual application and process all information, we won’t be able to approve or deny your application. We cannot tell you up front whether your application will be approved or denied. Thank you for your understanding.
