Do you pay commissions for real estate agents bringing a tenant?

Yes we do. The commission is typically 25% of one month’s rent. To qualify you must:

1. Schedule the showing directly with us and show the property to your client
2. Have your client submit the representation agreement they have with you, with their application.
3. All communication about your client’s application needs to be done through you.
4. Once your client’s application is approved, submit your broker’s W9.
5. We will disburse your commission, the week after your client moves in.
