How soon should I notify you that I am moving out of the property?

If you are planning to not renew your lease, we suggest you send us your notice as soon as you made that decision. This allows us to plan for your move-out.

Per your lease agreement, the latest you can put in your notice to vacate is 30 days prior to your lease expiration.
