How do I pay for my Security Deposit and Move in costs?

All first payments (before your move in) must be done in verified funds using the rent voucher. We will send you a rent voucher that you can use to pay your Security Deposit and move in costs at any Kroger or Walmart store. After your move-in we will set up your Tenant Portal and you will be able to pay your rent online with an electronic check or credit card, or you can continue to pay with a rent voucher at participating stores.
