My showing was declined. What happened?

When you are scheduling a showing, your request might not get approved. This is usually because of the information you provided. Reasons we might not approve a showing are:

• Your move in date is too far out (more than 30 days into the future)
• Your declared gross income is less than 3 times the monthly rent

An already scheduled showing can also be canceled if the property has been rented, if you didn’t provide a valid identification document with your showing request, or if you do not confirm the showing on the link you were sent via test message or email.
