When can I move in?

If the property is vacant and move in ready, we can schedule your move for 1 week after your application is approved. The farthest move in we can do is 3 weeks after the application is approved. We don’t hold properties longer than that.

If your situation requires a faster move in, you can contact the office to ask if an expedited move in is possible. These usually have a service fee of $100, as it will require resources to be pulled to make a faster move in possible.
