My application was approved. Is the property guaranteed for me?

Properties are only guaranteed when we have a signed Lease Agreement and the security deposit is paid. That’s when we remove the property from the market.

We do not hold or reserve a property. Until you have signed the lease and paid the security deposit, another applicant may be approved for the same home.
