If I move into a property and there is an existing damage in the house will I be made responsible for that damage?

No. We take pictures before and after you move in, so we will know what damages pre-existed and which damages happened during your tenancy at the property. You may also submit a Property Condition & Inventory form within 3 days of your move in, to document any damages that pre-existed.
