Can I delete or cancel a pending ePayment?

If you accidentally made a double payment via the tenant portal, you may be able to cancel it, if you do it before 8pm on the same day you made the payment.

Our recommendation is to call RealPage payment support, who operates the payment platform on the tenant portal. You can reach them at 1-844-530-5785 and they will be able to confirm if the payment can be cancelled still, and will do it for you.
