Properties are only guaranteed when we have a signed Lease Agreement and the security deposit is paid. That’s when we remove the property from the market. We do not hold or reserve a property. Yard maintenance is typically the responsibility of the tenant. However, there are some instances where the landlord will provide this service. Please make sure to check your lease to confirm the agreement specific to your property, or contact us at the office at 817-200-7982.
