Can I make changes to my property, like painting the walls in a different color or installing a pergola in the backyard?

Any changes you desire to do to the property need to be requested in writing and require written approval by your Property Manager. Also please keep in mind that even if the change is approved, for example painting a wall, you will be required to return the property to its original condition before vacating.
