No. We take pictures before and after you move in, so we will know what damages pre-existed and which damages happened during your tenancy at the property. You may also submit a Property Condition & Inventory form within 3 days of your move in, to document any damages that pre-existed.
The initial pet admin fee is a one time fee at the beginning of a lease, to compensate Broker for the extra work required in screening your pet and dealing with issues that may come up with your pet during the move in process.
