Yard maintenance is typically the responsibility of the tenant. However, there are some instances where the landlord will provide this service. Please make sure to check your lease to confirm the agreement specific to your property, or contact us at the office at 817-200-7982.
If you broke a lease in recent years or have an open collection from a previous Landlord or property management company, the application will be an automatic denial. For more information, please check out our application criteria here.
