How can I add or remove a person from my current lease?

If you want to include another person to your lease, please contact your Property Manager. He will ask you to submit an application for the potential new tenant. The application will be analyzed and in case the new tenant is approved, a lease amendment will be sent for signature. There is a cost of $45 for the application fee per new occupant above the age of 18, and a $100 lease amendment fee.

If you want to remove a person from your your lease, please contact your Property Manager. Once we confirm all information, a lease amendment will be sent for signature. There is a $100 lease amendment fee.

It is important to remember that having unauthorized occupants (anyone not listed on the Lease) at the property is a breach of your Lease Agreement.
