How can I pay my rent?

You have multiple options to pay rent on your lease:

1) Automatic monthly payments to be withdrawn from your checking account. This can be set up on your Tenant Portal at www.greenlightpropertymanagement.com. There is no additional charge for this payment option and this is the preferred method.

2) Automatic monthly payments to be charged to your credit or debit card. This is set up on your Tenant Portal. The credit card processor will charge you a convenience fee.

3) Make a one-time payment from your checking account using an e-check. This can be done on your Tenant Portal, and there is no additional charge.

4) Make a one-time payment with your credit or debit card. This can be done on your Tenant Portal, and there is a convenience fee.

5) Pay with cash using the RentMoney system at most Walmart, Kroger, and many other popular locations. You can generate your RentMoney voucher on your Tenant Portal and pay at these participating stores. The store charges a small convenience fee, but it is way lower than the credit card convenience fee.
