I have an agent helping me find a rental. Do you compensate agents?

We do work with licensed real estate agents. Please make sure to ask your agent to contact us before scheduling your showing. Our company policy requires that agents participate in all steps from the beginning, including the showing. Also, if you are represented by an agent, all communication regarding your application is done only with the agent. We compensate agents with a 25% commission of one month’s rent, after the move in occurs.
