I really like this property, but I don’t own any lawn equipment or lawn mower. Do you offer landscaping or lawn services?

Green Light Property Management does not hire landscapers for tenant occupied homes. Unless you are in a fourplex building that includes landscaping services, the up keeping of the yard is the tenant’s responsibility once the lease agreement is signed and the property has been occupied.

Your particular property may have, however, a mowing service option that you can hire. Please call the office or contact your property manager to check if a mowing service is offered for your house.
