We are thinking about getting a pet. How do I add a Pet to my lease?

To add a pet to your lease, contact your Property Manager to verify if your property is Pet Friendly (most of our properties are). You will need to fill out your pet information at https://greenlight.petscreening.com.

If your pet is approved, the following fees will be due: a one time non-refundable fee of $100 per pet plus your monthly pet rent (which may vary from $25 to $50 depending on your pet’s classification on Pet Screening).
