It includes serveral benefits, such as a move-in utilities concierge service, renter’s and liability insurance, air filters delivered to your door, a 24/7 maintenance hotline, free online rent payment option, a cash payment option, free credit reporting, online tenant portal, a tenant rewards program, and a home buying assistance program with $1,000 cashback.
The Tenant Benefits Package costs $45 per month and is paid together with your rent. This program is mandatory for all residents with Green Light Property Management.
